Holland Hospital’s Home Health Services completed a five-day accreditation review by the national Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), earning a perfect score on the evaluation.

The review involved two surveyors who spent five days examining patient care quality standards including numerous chart reviews and multiple home visits with the staff. The staff's commitment to quality and excellence shined through during our CHAP survey,” says Kim Costello, Home Health Services director. “I’m so proud of this rare accomplishment, and to be part of a team given such distinction." In their summary, the CHAP surveyors noted excellent documentation, outstanding staff coordination, comprehensive reporting, and high patient satisfaction levels.

Hospital’s Home Health Services provides a full range of clinical nursing and specialty services for the residents of Ottawa and Allegan counties. In addition, personal care services are offered to assist with daily needs such as meal preparation, bathing, housekeeping, errands and other tasks.
