Those expecting along the Lakeshore can expect the best at Holland Hospital. With phase 2 of the Boven Birth Center’s 3-phase renovation project complete, patients will now experience a state-of-the-art birthing facility featuring the latest design, technology and comfort.

“3 out of 4 babies along West Michigan’s Lakeshore are born right here,” said Dana Kraker, DO, of Ob/Gyn Associates, and Medical Director for Holland Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology. “This is because Holland Hospital goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for moms-to-be and their loved ones. This expansion allows us to continue to grow with our community and provide quality care well into the future,” she added.

The Boven Birth Center’s latest design renovations and enhancements include:

  • Well-baby Nursery
  • Special Care Nursery
  • 8 labor-delivery-recovery rooms
  • 2-bed post-anesthesia care unit
