Holland Hospital is the Only Hospital in West Michigan to Win the Award 18 Years in a Row (2009 – 2026)
HOLLAND, Mich., May 12, 2026 — Holland Hospital today announces it is one of two hospitals in Michigan and one of only 25 in the United States to receive the Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award for 18 consecutive years. In 2026, Holland Hospital was among the top 5 percent of hospitals nationally for patient experience.
Meanwhile, Holland Hospital is the only hospital in West Michigan to earn this recognition for 18 years in a row (2009-2026). Holland Hospital is among the top 10 percent of hospitals nationally during that time and reflects a long-standing commitment to compassionate, high-quality care delivered by its dedicated staff and providers.
