Educational Opportunities

Clinical Rotations

Supervised, hands-on training experiences in the hospital or physician office where students apply their classroom knowledge to patient care.

Internships/Externships

Structured work experiences that provide practical, hands-on training in a specific department or office.  Interns and externs will actively contribute to projects, build skills and gain real-world experience under supervision.

Job Shadows

Short-term observational experiences that allow the student to learn about a specific career. Job shadows focus on exposure rather than hands-on participation, helping students understand daily responsibilities, work environments and required skills.

Job shadows are one day for up to 8 hours.

Scholarships

Financial awards that support students pursuing education or training in health‑related fields. Scholarships help reduce financial barriers by covering a portion of tuition, fees, or program expenses, allowing students to focus on their academic and career goals.
