Guests are invited to indulge in culinary delights while supporting the Holland Community Health Center

HOLLAND, Mich., March 3, 2026 — Holland Hospital will host its annual Culinary Cabaret on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Pinnacle Center. This year’s event celebrates 31 years of the Holland Community Health Center (HCHC) and its unwavering commitment to providing compassionate care to uninsured and under-insured individuals across lakeshore communities.

Support from the community empowers HCHC to continue its vital work, providing primary, behavioral health, and preventive care, as well as obstetrics, well-patient visits, and children’s health. Beyond traditional health care, HCHC addresses barriers to access by offering transportation and social services. In 2025, the community’s generosity allowed HCHC to serve 5,913 patients with nearly 15,000 total visits, ensuring that financial status is never a barrier to wellness.

The 2026 Culinary Cabaret will feature live entertainment and exciting live and silent auctions featuring desirable prizes with host Jordan Carson and co-chairs Mark Stid, MD, Karen Foulds, MD, Bruce Stewart, MD, and Nicole Stewart, RN. Attendees will indulge in delicious food, mingle with over 500 guests, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Guests will enjoy a diverse array of flavors from premier local restaurants, including 1983 Restaurants, Big Lake Brewing, Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant, Borrowed Time, Butch's Dry Dock, Crane's Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery and Crane's in the City, Culture Cheese Shop, Fenn Valley Vineyard & Wine Cellar, Gilmore Catering, Holland Cakery 'n' Sweets, Hudsonville Ice Cream, Mezkla Taqueria, The Pinnacle Center, Tulyp Hotel (Tapestry Collection by Hilton), and Uncommon Coffee Roasters.

“Entering our fourth decade of service, HCHC remains a vital resource for the lakeshore, ensuring that quality care is never out of reach due to financial barriers,” says Jessica Ritchie, practice manager at HCHC. “The Culinary Cabaret provides essential resources we need to address everything from primary care to social services. The dedication shown by our community at this event truly changes lives.”

HCHC has been a lifeline for the community for more than three decades, serving thousands of individuals annually in Allegan and Ottawa counties. Last year, the Culinary Cabaret raised a record-breaking $243,000, and Holland Hospital hopes to surpass that goal this year to ensure the continued expansion of accessible health care for the community.
“Culinary Cabaret is a unique celebration where the excellence of our local culinary scene meets the generosity of our philanthropic partners,” said Colleen Perdok, fund development coordinator at Holland Hospital. “By coming together during this celebratory evening, we are investing in the long-term stability of our community’s health care safety net.”

Holland Hospital extends its sincere gratitude to the sponsors who made the event possible, including Diamond Partner EV Construction and Platinum Partners Advanced Radiology Services, Holland Hospital Physician Offices, and TRIMEDX.
