Can I self enroll in the Patient Portal?

Existing patients who are age 18 or older can enroll in the Holland Hospital Patient Portal. To enroll, you will need your six digit Medical Record Number (MRN) and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Your MRN # can be found on your discharge instructions or your Holland Hospital medical bill. If you do not have your MRN #, you will need to contact the Medical Records Department to learn how to obtain your MRN #. A signed authorization form will be required.

Is there a cost to use the Patient Portal?

No, the Holland Hospital Patient Portal is a free service for all our patients.

I'm having trouble Logging in to the portal.

If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name or email on the main login page and click the "Forgot Password" prompt. If you are having technical issues (pages aren't loading, you can't print, etc.) call technical support anytime day or night.

How long until my test results display in the Patient Portal?

All lab, radiology results and clinical notes will be sent immediately to your online Patient Portal account without delay. Other results may be released at the discretion of your provider. As always, we encourage you to discuss test results with your provider.

I have questions about my results. Who should I contact?

Please contact your primary care physician or other provider with medical questions or to discuss your results.
