Group Therapy Opportunities

In addition to individual treatment, a variety of groups are offered for all ages, some on a rotating basis. Please reach out for further information on additional groups.

Ongoing Groups:

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Informed Groups

DBT Skills Group

Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) teaches patients how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with others. Participants are required to work with an individual therapist one-on-one while they participate in the group.

DBT Graduate Group

After going through the DBT Skills Group you may choose to join the DBT Graduate Group where participants support one another in using the skills they’ve learned to improve their lives and help lead mindfulness activities.  A therapist is present to serve as a coach to the group.

Young Adult ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Group

This group meets monthly for support and skill building.
