For life-threatening concerns, our Emergency team stands ready 24/7.
At every location, you’ll find the expert, coordinated care you expect from Holland Hospital. Find out more about each option and what is best for your specific needs:
Primary Care
Primary Care offices provide coordinated care for overall health needs such as colds, flu, earaches, minor infections and minor injuries like sprains and abrasions as well as routine exams and vaccinations. Checking with your primary care provider is a good place to start when you need care. If you need a primary care provider, we can help you get one at Find a Doctor.
Virtual Care
Virtual visits provide the same standard of care as an office visit without the need to travel. Patients can connect with a provider using a smart phone or tablet for a confidential and secure appointment. All Holland Hospital Medical Group providers offer virtual visits depending on your specific situation and health care need. Call your provider to see if a virtual visit is right for you.
Walk-In Care
Walk-In Care is a fast, convenient option for immediate care of non-life-threatening concerns. Similar to a primary care visit but with no appointment needed, Walk-In Care emphasizes coordinated care including follow-up with your physician. Walk-In Care is located at the Holland Hospital Medical Building in Zeeland and is open to all – whether or not you have a primary care provider. The cost of a Walk-In Care visit is typically less than an Urgent Care visit.
Urgent Care
Urgent Care offers a wider scope of services than Walk-In Care including minor surgical procedures such as treatment for broken bones. Holland Hospital Urgent Care is located at the Lakeshore Medical Campus on Wellness Drive in Holland. An Urgent Care visit will typically cost less than an ER visit for non-life-threatening conditions.
Emergency Care
For life threatening conditions such as a heart attack, stroke or major injury, call 911 immediately – do not attempt to drive to the hospital. Holland Hospital’s Emergency Room is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and a skilled care team trained in cardiac, trauma, stroke and pediatric medicine with 24 hour access to a wide range of specialists.
