Fun, informative 4-week class aimed at improving blood sugar, increasing energy levels and achieving fitness goals. Lower your A1c level by burning sugar for energy with circuit training, calisthenics and the use of exercise balls, bands and weights. Open to anyone diagnosed with diabetes who wants to live a healthier lifestyle and prevent diabetes-related complications. Supervised by a Medical Exercise Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer. Plan for blood sugar checks before and after class to see the benefit of activity on blood sugar control in real time!
