Healthy Weight, Healthy You is an 8-week Lifestyle Change Program taught by a Registered Dietitian and designed to address lifestyle change to improve health and achieve a healthier body weight. This class will meet one night each week and will focus on enjoying whole foods, becoming aware of portion control, tackling emotional eating, getting physically active and finding ways to make healthy eating a reality despite a busy life.
