Building Your Deep Core

Many people struggle to use their deep core muscles correctly. This 4-week class will focus on finding and using your abdominals, back muscles, and pelvic floor to gain core strength for movement. Developed in collaboration with Holland Hospital's Pelvic Health Physical Therapists and led by Healthy Life Programs' Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer.
