Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Holland Hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services to help patients return to active life as quickly as possible.  Using the latest techniques and state-of-the-art equipment, our therapists help patients recover from injury, chronic conditions or surgery.

Holland Hospital orthopedic rehabilitation provides a thorough musculoskeletal evaluation from which comprehensive treatment goals and plans of care are developed and customized to each patient's condition in conjunction with your physician. Our therapists provide one-on-one care to guide and assist you to obtain the maximal benefit from therapy with an optimal outcome. You will receive education regarding your condition, pain management techniques and an individualized home exercise program which coincide with clinical therapy as well as an at-home program post therapy. The frequency and duration of treatment is determined by medical necessity based on your condition. Treatment may include a variety of therapies to increase range of motion, build muscle strength, improve flexibility and increase endurance. In addition retraining in walking, utilization of crutches, canes or other devices as well as patient education and counseling are offered.

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation is offered at multiple locations throughout the community for your convenience.
