Center for Good Health is Holland Hospital’s health and wellness source for the greater Holland community. Center for Good Health offers a wide variety of childbirth, health & wellness classes, lectures, special events, support groups, personalized services and workshops in addition to fitness classes. Everyone in the community is invited and encouraged to participate. We believe that wellness involves a healthy and balanced blend between mind, body and spirit.
