The Patient Portal is a free service that gives you secure, online access to your Holland Hospital health information at any time. You can view your test results, medication list, discharge instructions and other information from any computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access. All information is private and secure.
How do I sign up for the Patient Portal?
At this time, patients who are admitted to the hospital age 18 or older can have a Holland Hospital Patient Portal. To get started, all we need is your email address. We will send you an email invitation that contains a temporary passcode so you can set up your account. Once enrolled, you can go to the homepage and log in to the Patient Portal using your own password.
Is there a cost to use the Patient Portal?
No, the Holland Hospital Patient Portal is a free service for all our patients.
I'm having trouble logging into the Patient Portal.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name or email on the main login page and click the "Forgot Password" prompt. If you are having technical issues (pages aren't loading, you can't print, etc.) call (877) 621-8014 anytime day or night.
