Sports Performance - Strength Training for Swimmers
Who: Serious swimmers, aged 14 -18 years who want to increase speed and stamina.
What: Small group (up to 10) personalized circuit strength training. The 60-minute class meets twice per week and focuses on swim-specific exercises out of the pool.
When: November 30, 2009 – March 3, 2010
Session Days: Monday and Wednesday
Session times: 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Where: Holland Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Services
