Holland Hospital Sports Performance offers Summer Conditioning programs to help you get and stay in shape.
The programs include a dynamic warm-up;
speed, agility and quickness training; abdominal and core strengthening; VertiMax® training and
a flexibility program.
Dates: Summer 2010
Registration takes place throughout the session. Minimum of ten participants needed for each session.
