
High School Athletes – Pre–Season Conditioning

Who: Student athletes preparing for seasonal sports and try–outs
What: A two–week conditioning program designed specifically for the high school athlete. The goal of the conditioning class is to get you ready for the intense workouts you will face during tryouts. You will build a solid base for the entire sports season. The program will include cardiovascular training, agility drills, abdominal and core muscle workouts, and a wellrounded flexibility program.
