Individual Performance Training
Who: Individualized sport-specific training for students, adults and competitive athletes who require enhanced upper body strength and sport-specific training.
What: Training sessions focused on strengthening primary and secondary muscle groups repetitively used in relation to a specific sport or position. By strengthening certain aspects of those muscle groups, the shoulder for example, they can become less susceptible to injury and overuse pathologies. Includes customized plan, pre and post-evalution and nutritional education.
Small Group Performance Training
Who: Small group of athletes with similar goals can sign up at a discount price and get many of the benefits described in our individual program.
