Spiritual Care Services

Recognizing that healing takes place on many levels, Holland Hospital is committed to caring for the whole person — body, mind and spirit. The hospital's Spiritual Care Services is available 24 hours a day to provide spiritual care to families and their loved ones, link them to their own faith communities, and to create a healing environment.

Chaplaincy Care

The chaplains of Holland Hospital, along with area clergy who serve as on-call chaplains, are available 24 hours a day. The hospital chaplain or patients' own clergy are an integral part of the healing team at Holland Hospital and can provide personal support and care for patients and their families while they are here. We care for those who have a faith community as well as those with no formal religious affiliation. More >

Chapel of Hope

Patients and guests are welcome to visit the hospital’s Chapel of Hope for prayer or meditation at any time. The chapel is a place of serenity for all people, regardless of faith or religion. It is located off the lobby across from the Gift Shop. More >

Bibles and Other Sacred Texts

Sacred texts including Christian, Jewish and Muslim texts of faith are available. If one is not at the bedside, patients can ask their nurse or one of the chaplains and we'll be happy to supply one for use by patients and their families while in the hospital.
