iTriage is a mobile phone app that has information on more than symptoms, diseases and medical procedures.  It also has a glossary of most medications.  There is no cost for consumers and based on symptoms or medical problem iTriage will direct you to the nearest provider. 

The iTriage database includes a nationwide directory of medical facilities so iTriage works for you no matter where you are.
