Holland Hospital's Joint Replacement Center offers a comprehensive program personalized to meet your needs.   Our philosophy of care reflects our focus on you.

Patient-Centered Care
We understand that every patient is unique with their own current limitations, future hopes and dreams. We are committed to understand what makes you special and help you return to the activities that are important to you.

Family
Involvement
Your family and friends can play an important role in helping you heal. We bring your "home team" on board early to help serve as motivational coaches during your recovery and best support you.

Team Approach
At Holland Hospital's Joint Replacement Center, a team of joint care experts are ready to care for you. Our Joint Care Coordinator will be involved at every step of your journey, working with your surgeon and the rest of the joint team to make your care as seamless as possible.

Patient Community
We believe that other joint replacement patients can be a source of encouragement as you recover. You will be given the opportunity to exercise daily with fellow patients. The process is interactive and motivational to help speed your recovery.

We regularly bring patients, surgeons and staff together to celebrate our patients' successes. These reunion lunches are patient favorites because they offer a chance to reconnect with friends from group rehabilitation and learn about each other's success stories.

Heal At Home
While each patient is different, our goal is for you to recover in the comfort and privacy of your own home as soon as possible. Many patients are able to go home after just two or three days in the hospital.

Our team will help to coordinate the equipment, medication and support you will need to continue your recovery in a safe, supportive environment.  If home is not the best choice, our care management team will facilitate transfer to a skilled nursing facility that best meets your needs until you are strong and safe enough to continue your recovery at home.
