Beth Eggleston, RD

Beth is a registered dietitian and health educator with a background in Public Health Nutrition. She is passionate about healthy living and maintaining balance in one’s life. Not only does Beth enjoy teaching health and nutrition-related classes through the Center for Good Health, she also loves coaching clients who are working toward nutrition and weight loss goals. When not in the office, you might find Beth baking away in the kitchen, tackling do-it-yourself home improvement projects or cheering on her beloved alma mater, MSU!
