Our seminars focus on helping your employees improve their health and perform at their best.  The Winter Seminar Series 2009 is especially designed to help workers weather

the current environment. Available seminars:

• Cover a wide variety of topics. 
• Incorporate fundamental strategies for behavior change that excite and engage employees in their health improvement process.
• Are taught by our team of wellness professionals known for their unique ability to educate, communicate and motivate.
• Are offered onsite, last from 30 to 60 minutes and can be scheduled at your convenience to meet the needs of your employees.
