If your shoulder requires outpatient surgery, our team will work with you and your surgeon to prepare you beforehand and assist in your rehabilitation plans following the procedure.

If you require inpatient surgery, our goal is for you to recover from your shoulder surgery in the comfort of your own home as soon as possible. If special assistance such as medical equipment, home nursing care, in-home or outpatient therapy or a stay in a skilled nursing facility are required, our care management department will work with you to coordinate the details.
