Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation is a comprehensive program consisting of three phases:

  • Phase I Inpatient:  This phase begins during your hospital stay and provides education about the heart and good health habits. Low intensity exercise also begins at this time.
  • Phase II Outpatient:  This phase is a program of education, exercise and fun generally lasting eight to twelve weeks.Staff also provides and suggests dietary and stress management modifications.
  • Phase III Ongoing Maintenance:  This phase provides regular exercise supervision and support for continued positive lifestyle changes.

Edema and Lymphedema Care
Certified professionals provide education, specialized therapy, exercise instruction and skin care techniques to control the effects of Lymphedema and help patients live healthier active lives.

Neuro Rehabilitation
This care-managed comprehensive rehabilitation program is staffed and equipped to treat a variety of conditions such as traumatic brain injury, post concussion syndrome, stroke, brain tumors, and other neurological conditions. Facilities include a simulated home and motor vehicle to assist patients deal with real world conditions and daily living activities.

Occupational Rehabilitation
Specialists educate and train patients to function successfully in the workplace. Patients are able to return-to-work responsibilities with the necessary skills and confidence to avoid re-injury.

Pelvic Health
Pelvic floor therapy, is a technique that helps women strengthen the muscles in their pelvis to improve bladder control and decrease chronic pain.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

While pulmonary rehabilitation will not cure your lung disease, the benefits of the program are numerous. You’ll gain confidence in your ability to control your breathing, and you’ll improve your exercise tolerance, your physical condition, your coping skills and your ability to take care of yourself and maintain independence. You’ll also decrease the frequency of physician office visits and hospital stays.

Speech and Language
Help with speech, language and communication problems in people of all ages.  Therapists also work with people who have eating and swallowing problems.

Spinal and Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Experienced, licensed physical therapists treat a variety of spinal and orthopedic conditions resulting from accidents, sports injuries, diseases and surgeries. Inpatient and Outpatient services are available, as well as home therapy services.  Supervised home exercise programs are incorporated to assist patients on the road to recovery.

Vestibular Rehabilitation
Skilled vestibular therapists treat patients with dizziness, balance problems, and other symptoms of vestibular disorders. Quality of life is restored following a comprehensive assessment, education, treatment and support.
