With an estimated 17 million women in the United States affected by incontinence, female bladder problems are common and all too often undiagnosed and untreated. Men have the same pelvic floor as females and also have leakage, urgency and other issues.  The nurses and urologists at Holland Hospital Bladder and Pelvic Health Services treat female and male bladder issues with care, sensitivity and expertise. If you currently have bladder or pelvic symptoms, we encourage you to call and make an appointment. You are not alone. Many women and men experience the same symptoms and treatments are available to help. You do not need a doctor's referral to make an appointment and most insurance companies don't require special authorization.

Diagnosis
The first step toward successful treatment is to understand the root causes of your urinary symptoms so a customized treatment program can be developed. Your medical history and description of symptoms, along with a routine physical examination, may be all it takes to significantly improve your quality of life. If further tests are needed, our specialized diagnostic equipment provides detailed information about the cause and nature of your condition.

Treatments and Therapies
We treat every patient's symptoms with the least invasive techniques available. In most cases, bladder symptoms can be treated to the patient's satisfaction with medication and exercise therapy. Should surgery prove necessary, we specialize in minimally invasive procedures utilizing the latest implants.
