Free Walk-In Depression Screenings
Depression affects millions of Americans, many of whom do not seek professional treatment. People with depression may experience persistent sadness, sleep disruption, changes in appetite, loss of interest in activities, irritability and feelings of hopelessness, death or suicide. Fortunately, depression can be effectively treated with professional therapy and in some cases medication as well.
If you or someone you know is experiencing depression, stress or anxiety, Behavioral Health Services can help. Our free walk-in depressions screenings give people the opportunity to take a free questionnaire to assess their risk for mood and anxiety disorders and obtain information about treatment. Stop by our offices at 854 S. Washington Ave, Suite 330 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed. Call Paula Seastrom at (616) 355-3937 if you have questions.
